all session content, including anything you share during reading, Reiki Sessions, or spiritual consultations. remains confidential. I may take personal notes during your sessions for accuracy, but these are kept private and never shared.

Some sessions may be recorded for accuracy, training, or potential content creation. at times, i may share clips on my platforms how ever, i will never post any recording without your approval.
if you prefer not to be recorded, please let me know before your appointment. Your comfort and privacy always come first.

If I'm unable to connect with your loved one in spirit, I offer one complimentary reschedule or a refund, which applies only when no connection is established, not due to personal preference or outcomes that differ from expectations. Spirit leads each session, and I honor that with honesty and integrity.
