Refund & Rescheduling Policy:

If I'm unable to connect with your loved one in spirit, I offer one complimentary reschedule or a refund which applies only when no connection is established, not due to personal preference or outcomes that differ from expectations. Spirit leads each session, and I honor that with honesty and integrity.
