Your appointment is not considered confirmed until payment has been received. Because each home clearing requires preparation and dedicated time, your payment reserves your scheduled appointment time. Please review the cancellation and rescheduling policy before booking. Cancellation and Rescheduling I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your home clearing, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. If you need to reschedule, I will do my best to find another available date that works for you Because each clearing requires preparation and dedicated time and energy, appointments that are missed without notice are nonrefundable.
